Bug

Extended attribute check schema version. Copy/pasting a V1 fabric to 10 GDB results in a V1 (version 1 schema) fabric with missing fields. It is not possible to edit the 'SystemStartDate' field in a V1 fabric on the lines grid. Upgrading the V1 fabric results in an error message from the GP tool that those fields already exist.

Workaround

If after installing ArcGIS 10.0 SP3 an error message is encountered during an upgrade, then a probable cause is that the extended attributes (with the same name as the new system atributes) have different field types. In the V1 (version 1 schema) fabric calculate the existing fields to one with a different name, and then delete the original v1 field. If it makes sense, create a new field on the v1 fabric with the correct type and re-calculate the values over prior to upgrading. The following are new fields on V2 fabrics. If any of these exist on the V1 fabrics then their types should match to avoid the error during Upgrade.LinesIsMajor [Long Integer]Hide [Long Integer]DensifyType [Long Integer]SystemStartDate[Date]SystemEndDate[Date]LegalStartDate[Date]LegalEndDate[Date]ParcelsConstructionData[Blob]ControlConstructionData[Blob]
