Exporting the survey results to the file geodatabase format from ArcGIS Online is not possible if the survey is published from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS with a question named 'shape'.

Workaround 1: Do not use 'shape' as any of the field names in the Excel spreadsheet (.xls) form for the survey.Workaround 2: Delete the second 'shape' field from the feature service for the survey.Workaround 3: Export the service to a shapefile instead of the file geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
