Exporting the layout view of a LAS dataset to PDF, TIFF, JPG, or EMF is incomplete and has extremely large symbology when using a high resolution (mostly when the DPI is more than 300).

Additional Information

I've tried several LASD layers and cannot reproduce the issue shown here in 1.3.1 or in daily builds of 1.4.

Workaround

Export at a lower resolution.
