Exporting Notebook to a Python script fails if a system-shortcut folder (example: Documents, Desktop, and so forth) is selected on a non-English operating system.

Additional Information
After testing in several configurations, this issue is not able to be reproduced, Configurations tested: Japanese OS with ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and German OS with ArcGIS Pro 3.4 & 3.5. German characters are also tested in the output destination's path but that did not cause it to fail.Workaround
Choose a folder outside of a system-renamed folder. For example: C:\TEMP.
