Exporting data using Image server viewer prompts for error message "Could not export image. The requested number of columns:XXXXX, exceeds application limits” though the ArcGIS.ISConfig file is altered for Max Cols/Rows.

Workaround:1. Access the Image Service in ArcMap.2. Using the Client Interface control (Image Server Definition toolbar > Image Service properties tab > client Interface Control), alter the Cols/Row to say 30000.3. Now in ArcMap, export the image and change the Cols/Rows to 30000. 4. The image will get Exported Successfully.Steps to Reproduce
