Additional Information

This defect is resolved in the ArcGIS Video Server 11.4 Import and Export Site Patch. This patch is available on the support site at https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-video-server-11-4-import-and-export-site-patch. Note regarding the installation of this patch on Linux: To complete the installation of this patch on Linux, manually restart ArcGIS Video Server after closing the ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification tool.

Workaround

This defect is resolved in the ArcGIS Video Server 11.4 Import and Export Site Patch. This patch is available on the support site at

https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-video-server-11-4-import-and-export-site-patch.

Export the site to a local folder or UNC path hosted on the ArcGIS Video Server machine. If Web GIS Disaster Recovery (WebGISDR) is failing, remove the Server Role temporarily to bypass the ArcGIS Video Server.

Note regarding the installation of this patch on Linux: To complete the installation of this patch on Linux, manually restart ArcGIS Video Server after closing the ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification tool.
