Exporting an ArcGIS Pro 3.4 map that contains label callouts using point symbols from images to an AIX file results in missing callout images or blank map frames when opening the AIX file in Adobe Illustrator and ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Workaround
Remove the clipping masks in these layers. Update to the latest version of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud 3.9 in April 2025.
