Bug
Exporting all data in ArcGIS Experience Builder returns the error message, "500 - Internal server error" when the layer's settings are set to 'What features can editors see? - Editors can only see their own features (requires editor tracking)'.

This issue is not repoducible in the lastest version of ArcGIS Online.Workaround
Selecting the features on the map lets the app export all the selected records, but this is not the expected behavior.
