Additional Information

When using ArcPy in ArcGIS Online Notebooks (and Notebooks in Enterprise), it is recommended to log into the portal with the command: arcpy.SignInToPortal("https://www.arcgis.com", "username", "password"). This lets the ArcPy library know what credentials to use and certain commands do not function correctly without this.

Workaround

Run the script locally in ArcGIS Pro.
