Bug

Exporting a layout to a PDF with the 'Enable color management' toggled on in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 (or later) results in the exported PDF to display yellow when opened in Bluebeam Revu (PDF viewer). This occurs when upgrading from ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.

Additional Information

When PDF content is written with color management enabled, the viewing application such as Adobe Acrobat applies the final color transformation. Since the problem only occurs in BlueBeam Revu, and occurs as expected in Adobe Acrobat, the colors are off or incorrect in BlueBeam Revu. Contact BlueBeam to report this as a bug or enhancement request, as Bluebeam maintains the software.

Workaround

Disable the color management by navigating to the Project tab > Options > Color Management, and turn off the 'Enable color management' toggle button.
