Bug
ExportAixm51 is not properly exporting aixm:VerticalStructure. This type is seen in the output XML produced by ExportAixm51. However when ImportAixm51 is used to import the resulting XML, ObstacleStructure is not populated. Note: ObstaclePoint is populated.
