Workaround

1. ArcSOC account must have access to destination cache directory2. Desktop User that is exporting must have access to the source & destination directories3. If the mapservice is using a cache directory which is local to the server then change it use a UNC path.The same workaround is required for import & convert tools when desktop & server users are different and are not local to server setup machine.
