Documented Issue. Product discontinued.Workaround
From HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESRI\Community SourcebookAmerica folder, delete the "PW" key from the right screen. Close out of registry ediitor and reopen Sourcebook America. Close out of the New Project window, choose File and Passwords, click on the Export Limit tab and enter in UGWR82 and choose Save. The Export Status line below should now say Export Status: Allowed.Steps to Reproduce
