Bug
'Export all' option in ArcGIS Experience Builder returns the error message "500 - Internal server error" if the layer settings are set to 'Editors can only see their own features (requires editor tracking)' and user is logged in as an Editor.

Workaround
If all features are manually selected on the map, users can export them using the 'Export selected' option instead.
