Additional Information

There's no one-stop solution. There are trade-offs between current imagery not as high of resolution vs. older imagery at a better resolution.

Workaround

Alternative solution is to use National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) premium content. http://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?owner=esri&title=NA
