ESRI Grid raster dataset's pixel type property is Unsigned Integer in ArcGIS Desktop 10.0, but changes to Signed Integer in ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.1.

Additional Information

The pixel type of GRID format is determined by the pixel values ranges.Currently, "PT_USHORT is only used when the pixel value ranges between SHRT_MAX and USHORT_MAX". For this specific case, min/max is 11/46, which does not fit in the criteria above.
