Errors 80042010, 80042010, ORA-06553 are observed when the Add Rasters To Mosaic Dataset geoprocessing tool is used to load rasters into a mosaic dataset created using an ST_Raster configuration keyword.

Additional Information

Please confirm the connection is application server or direct connect, if the connection is made through application server, then ST_Raster was not supported by design.

Workaround

Use ArcCatalog 10.1 to load rasters into a mosaic dataset.
