Error occurs when trying to join two tables with a feature class first by keeping only matching records and then joining second table by keeping all records.

Work arounds: Option#1: Export the BaseLayer_Point featureclass to shape file or featureclass after performing join and add it to ArcMap.Option #2: When the Table is open; click the Options menu and choose Reload Cache.Steps to Reproduce
