This issue is not reproducible. If the issue persists, reach out to Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue the investigation.Workaround
Use a different browser to perform the join operation. For instance, if the error occurs in Mozilla Firefox, switch to Google Chrome or Chromium. Additionally, perform the join at a different time.
