Bug

Ensure that esriJobStatus.esriJobSucceeded() has returned true before allowing a model to run to completion in 64-bit geoprocessing using ArcObjects. A Model consuming a GP tool (that creates new feature class as output) executed programmatically with ArcOjbects will not create an output feature class when "Always Execute in foreground" in the Model Properties dialog box (in ArcMap) is unchecked, and "Enable Background Geoprocessing" is checked in the Geoprocessing Options dialog box (in ArcMap).
