Workaround
Modify the configuration email settings in the .env file (see workaround.png).
- Stop ArcGIS Monitor service in Windows Services.
- Navigate to the .env file in C:\Users\<ArcGIS_Monitor_account_username>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor\config-store-server.
- Browse SMTP_ENCRYPTION_METHOD" and modify the method.
- Start ArcGIS Monitor service.
- The changes are reflected in ArcGIS Monitor.
