Encountered an error: "Geometry cannot have z values, Failed to execute (Idw)" when 3D point feature class is specified as an input data along with 'Input barrier polyline features' parameter while running IDW tool.

Workaround

Export the point feature class (Windmessung_NAD) as shape file and then use it as input data in IDW tool
