Duplicate of ENH-000130423. This is by design so that the user has the ability to configure a dedicated introduction page for the survey in the web designer. A suggested workaround is to turn off the visibility of the survey description in the Appearance tab and add a note question to introduce the survey, the note question will be displayed on the same page as the survey content.Workaround
