Enabling Dynamic Range Adjustment (DRA) and transparency to the digital elevation model (DEM) and slope image causes ArcGIS Pro to freeze while performing any workflow.

DRA on a very large raster without statistics is known for taking time for the display to update. When the display is fully updated, this workflow works fine. The best solution is to calculate statistics on the rasters (especially large rasters) before using them with DRA.Workaround
Calculate statistics on the raster to perform DRA on.
