The URL in the tool should not be a getcapability request. Instead it should be the WFS Service URL or a getfeature with BBOX request. For Example, the URLK should be:http://mywfsservice.com/wfs?orhttp://mywfsservice.com/wfs?GetFeature&BBOX=454800,6126000,520000,6180000
