This is a known limitation in ArcGIS Enterprise. Title and thumbnail of video can be displayed in the sidecar narrative panel of a StoryMap in ArcGIS Online because Embedly does a server-side check. Enterprise does not have Embedly so the server-side check does not take place. This is remain to be a limitation in future Enterprise versions.Steps to Reproduce
