Use ArcGIS Desktop to convert the FLT to a raster. This can be found within the following location:Arc Toolbox > Conversion tools > To Raster > Float to Raster. This tool will output a temporary raster, it will then be necessary to convert the raster to a permanent raster. To do this, right click on the raster within the Table of Contents, select Data > Make Permanent. Once this is complete a New Elevation Image Service can be created.Steps to Reproduce
