This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Field Maps. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- In ArcGIS Pro, keep only the fields that need to be edited in the parent layer.
- In the feature layer edit capabilities, enable the 'Add option' setting.
