Editor tracking is not displayed on features within ArcGIS for AutoCAD on service from ArcGIS Enterprise with Integrated Windows Authentication.

This behavior is by design. Adding new feature(s) in AutoCAD with ArcGIS for AutoCAD (AFA) is all local to the drawing. The feature layers are not communicating with ArcGIS Enterprise, so the user sees blank user names and the default enterprise database date of 1970. Once the user performs a sync to the layer(s), the new feature(s) are registered with the live feature layer, and the server writes the ObjectID and editor tracking username and date details, which are then reflected back in the ArcGIS for AutoCAD attribute table.Steps to Reproduce
