Additional Information

Mixing version types in a workflow like this is not a supported workflow. In the case where a workflow obvious must yield a versioned destination class, it is still required that the user re-register the containing feature dataset as versioned. Specifically as a matching versioning type not mixed types.

Workaround

  1. Remove branch versioning to the feature dataset.
  2. Re-apply branch versioning which applies editor tracking to the annotation feature class and resolves the mixed state of editor tracking on the feature dataset.
  3. Republish the data provided it has already been published as a feature service.

Extra Steps for Utility Network

In addition to the above steps being performed, after the Utility Network has been republished, proceed to:

  1. Disable the Utility Network topology and re-enable it.
  2. Edit the Utility Network with the presence of dirty areas.
