Editing the enterprise database connection from the ArcGIS Server admin enterprise returns the error of "http error 404.11 not found" when the database name has spaces.

Workaround

• Make sure the registered enterprise database name does not contain spaces in ArcGIS Server.
• Update the URL to have % instead of +.
• Access the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory using the port number.
