The development team determined that this issue is related to a known limitation with the software that lies outside of Esri's control.Workaround
- After building the parcel, click Save Edit on the child version.
- On the Map tab, in the Feature Cache group, click Empty to empty the cache.
- On the bottom-right of the map view, click the Refresh icon (Bottom-left for Right-To-Left (RTL) languages).
