Editing a script in the Script Editor dialog box in ArcGIS Pro causes the script to be deleted in ArcMap when using the shared toolboxes.

Saving a toolbox in ArcGIS Pro updates the version of the toolbox. To ensure a .tbx file works in both ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, the toolbox must be saved as an earlier version. Right-click the toolbox in ArcGIS Pro > Save As, and save the earlier version of the toolbox.Workaround
Create two separate toolboxes, one for ArcMap and one for ArcGIS Pro.Steps to Reproduce
