Workaround

Set the decimal symbol to a period (.): 1) Navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Region and Language. 2) Click the Formats tab, in the Format drop-down list, select 'French (France)'. 3) Select 'Additional settings…' > Change the decimal symbol to a period (.).
