Workaround
1. If ArcGIS Image Server is not installed: This is the NTv2 file used by ArcMap when performing this transformation, 'C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\pedatatv2\spain\sped2etv2.gsb'. It works fine. 2. If ArcGIS Image Server is installed: ArcMap searches for the previous file ‘sped2etv2.gsb’ within the following path instead, 'C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Image Server\pedatatv2\spain\sped2etv2.gsb, as this file does not exist for that location, ArcMap uses another transformation instead and the results are incorrect. Workaround done: Copied the ‘spain’ folder containing ‘sped2etv2.gsb’ to ‘C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Image Server\pedatatv2’ and the problem was solved.
