Additional Information
Tested with ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2, and unable to reproduce the behavior using the available data and steps. Dynamic text is displayed as expected. If the problem still affects the workflows, please contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
To use a field from a stand-alone table for a dynamic text after it is joined to an enterprise geodatabase feature class, use ArcGIS Pro 3.1 or earlier.
