Dynamic items in a window linked to buttons in a list only reference the first selected item when multiple ones are selected when a Feature Info widget is also present in the experience.

This is by design. Widgets such as text and button, even though they can connect to data, they do not display multiple records like list, feature info and table widgets, but only the first record of the data.

Workaround

Use a list widget in the window, and connect it to the Selected features view of the original data.
