This issue is non-reproducible. If this issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
Apply the symbology in ArcGIS Pro and create a dynamic imagery layer in ArcGIS Online to add the data using Add Data in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic. This can be done by applying a raster function template and then exporting the TIFF file.
