During the configuration of the Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 site, opting to set the Content folder to a location other than the location where the Portal site was created generates an error.

Additional Information
If the root directory is used as the location for the portal content directory, it is necessary to ensure the account running the Portal for ArcGIS Windows service has appropriate permissions to the root directory.Workaround
Create the folder path before installing Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 and ensure the Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 service account has access to it.
