Additional Information
Although Esri Dublin Core+ allows viewing and editing metadata following the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) and validates the metadata using the RDF and XML schemas, it is not synonymous with Dublin Core. Dublin Core+ does not have the fields mentioned in this defect.Steps to Reproduce
