DTM Raster will not import properly into SDE, if SDE post-installation set up option ‘Use Oracle Spatial Datatype’ is used.

Workaround

Go to symbology tab --> Uncheck the edit high/ low value --> Then again go to minimum-maximum type or we can also try Standard deviation type --> After adjusting the low data value, we can see the raster again.
