This issue is fixed in the 27 June 2023 production. "No Border" settings set at previous versions work as expected in the new version of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
- Reset the "No Border" option at the current version. Use the Select tool to change the setting on multiple sites at one time.
- Use the classic version of the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
