Bug
Dragging and dropping any data source from a map into the Enable Editor Tracking tool or Disable Editor Tracking tool returns an error, "ERROR 000840: The value is not a Dataset." in ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2.

Currently, the tool does not take in layers as inputs.Workaround
Enable Editor Tracking by right-clicking the dataset in the Catalog pane (or ArcCatalog for ArcGIS for Desktop), or browse to underlying data in the tool itself.Steps to Reproduce
