Downloading the spreadsheet or GeoJSON for certain items from the Open Data site applies changes to the OBJECTID, GLOABALID, and geometry fields.

This issue was actually two different issues. The FID/OBJECTID conversion has been handled but the name changes and geometry type changes have not. All three problems result from when a download is run with the file geodatabase job. Disabling the export option causes the download system to use the paging job. This is not an optimal workaround, but it does prevent the changes.Workaround
Publish the service under a different name.
