Downloading a map in the Collector for ArcGIS (Windows) containing data projected in NAD_1983_2011_StatePlane_California_VI_FIPS_0406_ft_US downloads, but when opening the map, the layer fails to display and returns the following message, "WebMap_CannotCreateLayer."
