Domain names configured in ArcGIS Pro allow for spaces but return an error when creating a survey from the feature service in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.

Workaround

  • Remove any spaces in the domain name in ArcGIS Pro, save the domain name, and overwrite the feature service.
  • Manually remove the spaces from the choice list in the XLSForm.
