The help.pdf document is to assist administrators to design their own help documentation that is personalized to the configured Custom Chart Builder web app. An administrator must document and configure their own workflows. Since the steps are unique to each office, the help.pdf is empty and it is expected that the web app administrator replaces the file.Steps to Reproduce
