Workaround

1. Create a folder under <Eclipse Install>\plugins called com.esri.arcgis.doc2. Unzip <ArcGIS Install Directory>\java\tools\eclipse_plugin\arcgis_update_site\doc\plugins\com.esri.arcgis.doc_9.3.0.1770.jar to the above folder.3. Close Eclipse4. Go to cmd prompt.5. Cd <Eclipse Install>6. Type eclipse -clean
