Dissolve fails with ERROR 999999 on a polygon data set that was buffered 5000m on points (fails at 1hr after starting tool); dissolve works fine when the same points are buffered at 1000m (at 8min to successfully complete) or 500m (at 2min to successfully complete). Reproduced with both feature geodatabase feature classes and shapefiles.
