Bug

Displaying the Attribute window while editing an Oracle, SQL Server Enterprise or SQL Server Express geodatabase in a projected data frame causes "specified coordinate exceeds the valid coordinate range" error. Most types of edits cannot continue after this error is encountered. This bug impacts both the aeronautical and nautical PLTS solutions which are heavily used by both NGA and NOAA (large Esri Contracts). A hot fix is requested.

Workaround

Avoid using Attribute window to make edits to attributes. Use table instead.
